Never Have I Ever...
-Read or watched any Twilight book/movie.

-Dated anyone whose name did not start with the letter J.
This is for real. I have dated a grand total of 3 boys:
Josh #1, who was roommates with
Josh #2.
That was awkward.
Important Note: I did not date them at the same time.
However, neither of those boys could hold a fork against
Jordan.
-Gotten a traffic ticket
I did get pulled over once in Texas for rolling a stop sign. You better believe I cried my way out of that one.
And by cried, I mean heaving sobs. Jordan was not happy with me.
-Done a pullup at the gym
I don't care how toned you may think my arms look, my stupid string bean arms can't do a single pullup. Useless!

That's right. I've never been drunk. Although I do love me a good frozen strawberry margarita.
-Gotten a flu shot
Don't even get me started on flu shots. They're about as useless as my arms. #conspiracytheorist

You guys. I dropped the television ball on this one. According to Wikipedia (my #1 most trusted news source) it's one of the best shows of all time, and I had no idea it even existed. Unfortunately for me, I'm already too emotionally invested in reruns of Top Chef to start another TV series.

ReplyDeleteevery time I go out for the evening and have just one or two drinks, I go home thinking, "hey, this is so much better than spending lots of money and waking up with a hangover. I should remember this next time I'm feeling the itch to get drunk." and, you know, more and more as I get older... I do remember it!

ReplyDeleteI will work on post, but for a quickie, I have never watched Breaking Bad either! I got stuck on Dexter, love Top Chef, and am a closet Project Runway geek. That is plenty to keep me busy, but now that Dexter is over...maybe will see what Breaking Bad is all about.
I have never had flu shot either. It seems all they do is make people sick. Hubby gets them and every time he get sick. NO thank you. I haven't got the flu once either. I don't trust them one stinkin bit.
Gotta think about some other Never's now.

I am far less scandalous as I thought. Pull ups are so hard!! I have never read twilight but I have seen one of the movies. *Shame*
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on the flu shots. And I've never seen Breaking Bad either and I don't intend to. I honestly don't think that I would like it. I have however, read and watched all the Twilight stuff. It was fun, in a ridiculous sort of way.
ReplyDeleteI've never done a pull up either...it's one of those things in the gym I've just admitted defeat to for good. I haven't watched any Breaking Bad & I agree on the flu shot (and other vaccines for that matter!)- never had it and don't plan on it. This was fun! I know you said it was just a one day thing, but it'd be fun if it were monthly! :)

ReplyDeleteTwilight ... 'ain't nobody got time for that'! I agree. About pull ups. I can't do them either but I can do them when I use body bands. I wonder if the bands you have would work. Have you seen anyone use body bands?

I can't do pull-ups either, though I have watched the Twilight movies. We'd wait til the masses had already seen it, then go to the theater when no one else was there so we could yell things at the screen!

It's always so awkward when people start telling funny stories and say, "man, was I drunk!" Only for me to tell something equally embarrassing followed up by, "Annnnnd.. I was sober."
I've never watched Breaking Bad either! Or Sons of Anarchy. Or True Blood... It's quite an extensive list. Good job on getting out of that ticket! I managed that only once, the other 2 times I got it - no fun. Love this linkup, and I'm a big fan of your blog!

I've never read any Twilight books but I did watch the movies because my husband forced me to. He's so weird. I've never been drunk, either, but then I've also never taken more than one sip of any alcoholic drink because I don't like the taste. Give me a coke slushie or something like that instead!
ReplyDeleteHaha. I love this!!! I don't get flu shots either. They're dumb. I work at a dr office where they give flu shots and I still refuse. Yeah, my coworkers definitely give me a hard time on that.

Better late than never! I had so much fun reading all these posts!...I used to feel the same way about Twilight, then my friend convinced me to at least start book 1 and I was hooked. The movies are terrible though. Can we still be friends?

ReplyDelete1. I've never been drunk either. My college friends always laughed at me. I love a good drink but spending the night over the toilet, not remembering where I was, not knowing how I got home ... none of those sound fun to me at all.
2. I hate hate hate flu shots. My company pays for them and my sister is a pharmacist who tries to get me to get one. I'm always conveniently at an out of office meeting when they happen.
3. I have one traffic ticket for speeding in what was supposedly a school zone. The school was demolished a week after my ticket so you can't tell me there were actually kids there that day. At any rate, I was sick and balled my eyes out. The cop didn't care and I got a ticket anyway.
