Note: the following series of photos were taken during her eight-month photoshoot.

And that is why I have a box of adorable hair bows sitting in R's closet that she is no longer allowed to wear. RIP, bows, it was fun while it lasted. On the positive side, my budget is happier, and so is Jordan. My mailman might be out of job, though.
Actually have tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. This is priceless.
Aw! She is so adorable! :) Thanks for sharing this fun photo essay!
This made my morning :)
Yep... when they get to that age where they are all 'reachy / feely' - bows dont stand a chance.
Oh, I just laughed so hard reading this! Too funny, and so precious!
Haha! Love this!
Super cute! Love this little photo story! :)
Haha, this is hilarious!! How about you start an entire series on your blog just with photo essays ;) Please and thank you.
This is fantastic!!! Agree with Emily- more photo essays for sure!!! RIP little bows/headbands ;)
Best photo shoot evvvvver. So so so cute!
Haha! I love this! She is such a cutie even without those bows! ;)

hahaha...I've actually wondered this whole time why she didn't take off her bows...most babies I've met won't stand for such things as cute bows on their heads!
Hahah, so awesome! R is just as witty as her mom ;-)
awww poor bows. looks like you'll have to have another girl down the line and see if she leaves them on longer lol. the 'my excitement cannot be contained' is the best thing ever.
Well, it was bound to happen sooner or later. Maybe you can try again when she's 3?
Lol had to laugh at the budget and mailman comment! She's so cute! I thought I would be golden switching from headbands to bows on a clip. Nope. Wrong. She yanks those out too.
