Hello, friend,
Thank you for your page view.
I am currently out of the office. My internet access will be spotty, but I will return your page view when I am reconnected to the land of wireless internet.
Or, let's be honest, maybe I won't be reconnected ever. Because I just started this book, and chances are high I'll freak out and swear off the internet forever after reading it.
Until my triumphant, if uncertain, return, please enjoy the following links to pass the time:
Check out my new "About" page!

Very sincerely yours,

P.S. I'm planning a post all about my day job "Life of an Editor." Let me know if there's anything you'd like to know about editing that I can address in the post!
P.S. x2. Don't forget that Runners Tell All is back September 21! We'll be talking about our race bucket lists. Hope you'll join us!
Enjoyed looking at your new about page--you did a nice job designing it! I'll be looking forward to the post about your job, sounds interesting!
Love the new about page (reminds me I need to redo mine) and I can't wait for the post about your job, although I don't have any specific questions.
Checking these all out! The office cubicle one is perfect.
Have a good blogging break :) Love the about me page - I don't drink coffee either!
Oooo, I can't wait to hear what you think about this book! I read/heard/made up a fact awhile ago that having smart phones to take pictures of everything really impairs our memories. We photograph everything now, so we don't need to remember as much. As a woman with Alzheimer's on both sides of my family tree, that is scary!
Oh no! That book sounds DANGEROUS!!!!
i'm hoping for a book review, and i'm gonna urge you to read The Cirlce by Dave Eggers as soon as you finish:)
Ooh your new About page is perfect! I'm never totally happy with mine. Can't wait for RTA woohoo!!!
You're welcome. :)
Can't wait to read your Life of an Editor post! :I had a lot of fun writing my "Translator" post, although it felt a little overwhelming at first. So much to say.
And yay to your about page! How fun! (although you should've included pie charts... just saying). :)
Also, that book sounds pretty interesting (if not terrifying!).
You inspired me to write my own post because I loved yours so much!
I am most curious about how to get started with editing. I've heard: "work for friends, work for their friends, and before you know it, word will get out"...but, my friends aren't writing anything they want edited (that I know of)... How did you find money making opportunities?
Love the new about me page... it looks great! And that book sounds pretty interesting too, can't wait to hear what you think of it.
+1 !!!
Good one! I'll definitely cover that. Thanks!
i keep checking back for your 'life of an editor' post- anxious!
I heard about that book! It's now on my list! And I love your About page, too. Fabulous and funny as always :)
Book review please! Of course it could be the last thing I read on the internet...but that's the chance I'll take!
Enjoy your time in spotty cell area!
-Amy
Um, I'm a little terrified (and totally intrigued) by that book! I know I'll probably want to do an internet purge after reading it :) I would love to hear more about your work flow as an editor!
